My experience here was amazing! The staff were very transparent about wait times and I didn’t mind considering it was communicated to me. Busy days happen and that’s how life goes. To contradict another review posted before me, my dog also got her temperature checked while she was just in for vaccines. I think it’s important for them to know if your dog is feeling well before administering vaccines no? My dog is owner protective and we learned that today when she snapped at the tech. Terrible experience every time I've been here (with both dogs). Plenty of other great vets within a short distance. I'd recommend Dr. Bone at the Lewisville Animal Hospital on Bellaire. Our most recent trip, we brought our dog in to get her yearly shots. No one was there to open the doors for 30 minutes after their posted opening hours. This is definitely the best veterinary service anywhere. It's very easy to get in the prices can't be beat and everyone is extremely friendly. You're not paying for all the overhead that other veterinary offices have. All the savings are being passed on to you. As we all know veterinary prices are through the roof everywhere and the animals are the ones that suffer. You won't be disappointed!!!
