Had to make the hard decision to let my old lady go to the rainbow bridge this afternoon and the staff was so friendly, warm, and welcoming. Carissa met me outside and walked me into a private room to be alone with my girl, she gave me treats for Poppy and offered tissues and water for me, she is the absolute best receptionist. Kelci was so kind and treated my girl with so much respect. Dr.Appel is an amazing doctor and is the most empathetic, she has treated Poppy for years and Poppy has always loved her. Nothing was rushed... read more

My friend took his service dog there because she had been sick for an extended period of time. To say the least, the entire experience was horrifying. First of all, the girl answering the phone (Cynthia) was completely uninformed and I can’t believe a business does not have someone at their front desk with more experience. Then, someone else got on the phone with my friend and told him that it would be $390. When he arrive with his very sick service, Animal, he was told that was not the case and it would be much more for the... read more

I wasn’t going to post my experience, but after reading the last few reviews, I feel like I should. To be fair, the staff is for the most part kind and they seem like they care about the pets. However, the office seems so disorganized. I was checked in and put in a small exam room with my dogs. I sat in there for 20 minutes with my dogs getting more and more anxious and on top of that it was really warm and increasingly uncomfortable. The nurse came in and took my dogs out individually to trim nails and get heartworm test. T... read more

This place has gone downhill. The wait even with an appointment was two hours. This is ridiculous. I made an appointment for a reason. I sat in the exam room for over 30 minutes until someone finally came in. How does it take two hours for me to get one cat vaccinated and one dog vaccinated this is ridiculous. Their prices are OK but I would rather go to the low cost vaccine clinic in Denton and get the low price if I’m going to have to wait that long.
