I finally decided to write this review because I've been disappointed quite a few times by the way the ladies at the front desk treated me. The vet is very nice and always treated my dog with love and knowledge. But the ladies at front desk are unprofessional and sometimes quite rude. Evey time I call I get different answers and I realised that they don't even care or take the time to listen to my questions or concerns.
