Right off the bat, you get a five star from me, when you have a nurse line for same day appointments and for a parent to just talk to a human being. For a parent, that is EVERYTHING. I honestly can't even begin to explain how alleviating it is to be able to surpass the receptionists ( they are good people) but when I have a sick kid I want to talk right to the nurse who is working directly with the provider and get put right on the schedule if at all possible.
