This is a scam. I keep getting different kinds of texts and calls for over a year saying a bill went to collections. Called the lab they’re claiming it’s from and they said there were no outstanding balances and nothing sent to collections. The amount they’re saying is due keeps changing and the person who called yesterday would not confirm what they were calling about if I didn’t confirm sensitive information. No idea how to rectify this with the obvious pattern of similar stories.
Received a statement from a bill collector for Synerprise Consulting Services Inc. Stating that they are a debt collector for the company Community Pathology Associates and I do not have a debt with that company neither have a ever received a statement saying that I have a debt from the company they are claiming I have a debt with. This is ridiculous. Who are these two companies?
They cannot file my insurance correctly after 2 years. Sent me to collection, I disputed it and the said I was correct. I am double insured and they cannot seem to file the secondary correctly. Pathetic. Update: they did file my insurance and removed from my credit.
I suddenly got a bill from Synerprise Consulting Services, Inc. And it also says Community Pathology Associates. This letter I got in the mail is saying that my bill is passed August. I've never gotten that bill before and now I just think it's fake!!! Especially by reading everybody's posts here. I don't trust that bill now.
