I've been part of community partners since 2017 and more closely since 4 years ago. They're so caring and focus on each individual person's needs. It's a team including therapist, psychologist, case manager, pharmacist, receptionist, and myself to aim at my stable mental health and for that I'm eternally grateful

Great caseworkers for the mental illness. Each case worker my son had went beyond to assist them. From all the experience I had with mental illness I think these worker are the best.
This place is horrible/unprofessional. Called and got connected, then transferred over two times before getting hung up on. Then immediately called back five times after that and was ignored. Horrible "medical professionals"
