I have dealt with this company on several levels and they are totally unprofessional they lie and jerk you around concerning work with them one individual tells you one thing and another tells you something else...I agree Bayada would better... Have a productive day and stay away from community options.
Wow. Great staff and best of all, they care about the individuals they care for.
The clients for the most part are awesome! Some IDD clients have certain inappropriate behaviors that are hard to redirect sometimes, but you just have to keep trying. The management is kind of terrible and guilt trip you or twist what you said to higher ups... The drive to certain houses (depending on where you live) aren't bad at all! Last but not least trust very few on what you bring up from your own personal life during working hours.. believe only half what you see and none of what you heard... Honestly would recommend... read more
