I don't have a complaint about the caregivers because we only met one. Our son was in the home and needed personal assistance until we could get him enough staff for supported living. We only had one Personal Assistant to show up and stay for a few months. He was very good. They let him go for reasons unknown to us. He was fine with us. Communication was nonexistent on their end. Don’t sign your loved ones up to be controlled by this company if they you don’t want them to be stolen from or abused. This company used to be decent back in its day but now they only care about making their own lives easier which means keeping the employees who are not good to the clients and getting rid of the ones who truly do care. Jeanette personally financially benefits from each client in this company which I find absolutely disgusting, but expect nothing more from her.
