Just got off the phone with Stephanie and based off my experience with her I would never want to step foot into the office. Her torn was very demeaning and dismissive. She was of no help, told me she would have contacted my physician due to services not being there anymore. I asked her if that's what she was going to do, she very pointedly told me "no, you have to tell your physician that". I'm very frustrated with how she talked to me. I hope she doesn't talk to others like that. It's very off putting for the whole office.

CNS and Dr. Eisenstock are just wonderful in every way. Dr. Eisenstock has been a blessing throughout the process of diagnosing and treating my mom's dementia, guiding us through all of the "new normals" our family is experiencing. He is gentle, kind, incredibly knowledgeable, and we are so glad he is our whole family's caregiver through this process. The staff is efficient and kind, getting prescriptions called in, answering questions, etc. The office is peaceful and well-organized.
