I joined Community Moves almost a year ago. I love that not only have I strengthen my core and improved balance and stability, I have also toned up all my wobbly bits. I travelled on a 10-hour flight recently and was pleasantly surprised that my back was not sore after the first hour, like previously. Also, I have made a lovely group of friends in the local area through Community Moves. The name says it all! There is a sense of fun and community at our gym that I love and keeps me coming back for more. As someone who hated exercise for years and tried and failed many times to attend gym or exercise regularly, I can honestly say I love it here. The exercises cater to each and every individual's capabilities with no judgement or pressure to push beyond being comfortable.
