Started in November made a appointment for service. My 17 silverado needed a starter and oil change. I explained to my service writer that I would like to be called at the end of the day for an update, 4 pm came and no call, 3 more days go by no call so I call them and asked why no call he said he did but I had no missed calls from them. Called them was told it was ready went and picked it up no apology. I was upset but kept my mouth shut. We have taken our vehicles to Community for years, then changes were made so we stopped going. Gave it another try with an oil change, tire rotation and wiper recall. Items were taken care of, but did not have the same feel it had before. I felt like just another person coming in off the street. Always happy with the work done at your dealership. This time had a couple of hick-ups as GM put a hold on the part I needed, but we finally got the part last week, almost 3 months after it was ordered. Found out one of the parts that had been ordered wasn't needed, but the dealership had the part needed part so was able to complete the repair Monday!!!
