Always happy with the work done at your dealership. This time had a couple of hick-ups as GM put a hold on the part I needed, but we finally got the part last week, almost 3 months after it was ordered. Found out one of the parts that had been ordered wasn't needed, but the dealership had the part needed part so was able to complete the repair Monday!!!

I purchased a 2025 Cadillac lyric. I was told by the salesman that this came with an option of either a EV charger credit or to year EV-go. Prior to closing on the sale my salesman told me that he would have to get back with me and on the rest of the information regarding these options. This place is terrible. Had my car for 3 weeks and it’s more jacked up now than when I took it in. Dipstick is missing, engine cover is different and don’t try and speak to Luke Schmitt, the GM about it because he’ll get irate and swear at you defensively when asked why assuming you’re accusing them of stealing parts. Then he’ll call the police because he knows I’m right. Well, technically, my car DID have a dipstick when I brought it in and now it doesn’t, come to your own conclusion.
