This team is compared to none. They don’t just meet the bar, they set the bar on expectations and professionalism. They are by far the best group I’ve ever worked with on buying a home. I will forever recommend them to anyone I encounter, and when I am ready for my next purchase I will be going through them EVERY time. They genuinely love their clients and will always go above and beyond to meet their needs.

Unprofessional no communication. Even after I finally got someone to answer my calls, instead of offering advice on how to continue and get approved they gave vague responses and didnt seem interested in helping me. Im not the worst credit nightmare story in history not the best either. But give someone the courtesy and maybe some guidance and that would go farther than crushing someone .

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. This has been the absolute worst mortgage experience imaginable. They do not answer phone calls, they promise call-backs that never happen, and their communication is basically nonexistent. They waited until the night before closing to update underwriting and then had the audacity to send me new documents at midnight on my second scheduled closing date - with over $5,000 in unexpected costs added in. I had the worst experience of my life! If I could give zero stars I would.Andrew Chavez who is supposed to be a great person to work with was very unprofessional. Didn’t communicate anything with me the entirety of the loan process, he was arrogant, passive aggressive and lacked any sort of accountability for the issues we had with him. The entire company refused to take accountability for his behavior. I ended up using new American funding and had a great experience.
