I had the worst experience of my life! If I could give zero stars I would.Andrew Chavez who is supposed to be a great person to work with was very unprofessional. Didn’t communicate anything with me the entirety of the loan process, he was arrogant, passive aggressive and lacked any sort of accountability for the issues we had with him. The entire company refused to take accountability for his behavior. I ended up using new American funding and had a great experience.
Go see Andrew! We enjoyed working with him and one of his awesome realtors; Liliana! They actually have your interest at heart, and have several options to fit your needs. Hands down the best mortgage company.
