I felt like I needed to leave a review to rave about Maryellen for a moment - my husband and I had a horrible experience with our family doctor and our newborn Chloe. We decided to access lactation support through the Beyond Birth program and Maryellen is AMAZING. She gives such great tips and is so informative. And she will give gentle corrections that don’t make you feel judged, she just wants you and your baby to be as supported as possible. Highly recommend.
I had the best experience with my midwives Ally and Heather for my second pregnancy. I felt heard and respected, and I was able to heal from the trauma from my first birth. Ally was the midwife on call when I went into labour, and she was so patient and encouraging. Maryellen handled my postpartum care and it was wonderful to have the support in such a vulnerable time. Seems like a great practice and team in general.
