Hi, I was referred here by my GP back in August, because I suffer bad with BDD, I went for the initial assessment for CBT and they told me I'd be on a waiting list and that I would hear from them, back in November I called them to find out my progress and how long I would wait, they told me I'd be waiting a few months, it's now January and I still haven't heard anything and my BDD is so bad again and I'm really struggling to the point it's effecting my job and my life, Iv tried calling but no one answers the phone.
