This is the worst experience of mental health care that I have experienced in nearly 40 years of services. Bless all those who go for support and treatment.
If I could give a zero stars I would!!! People don't use this service or Embrace. If you need mental health help dont use this rubbish company. They don't care or help you with anything. Rather then figuring out your condition & helping you work through it they throw you out. This area is a joke for mental health support. Embrace was like a AA meeting for people with mental health but with no support at all. Embrace just gaslights you then dumps you. The only way you learn is from the patient's. They don't listen make you worse. Not enough support and help. From all staff plus crisis team. Know good to any one. They just leave me to get on with it even when your unwell
