If I could give a zero stars I would!!! People don't use this service or Embrace. If you need mental health help dont use this rubbish company. They don't care or help you with anything. Rather then figuring out your condition & helping you work through it they throw you out. This area is a joke for mental health support. They don't listen make you worse. Not enough support and help. From all staff plus crisis team. Know good to any one. They just leave me to get on with it even when your unwell
OK I originally wrote a bad review regarding mix team that was totally uncalled for as Daniel and uber only shown me understanding and kindness I appreciate them calling me back and arranging support to meet my needs as I have been isolating myself for years will be hard but I will put my best into it
Always struggled with my mental health and behaviours but because slough council is bankrupt and don't have the funds to support everyone alot of us are being left to struggle and are not being taken seriously. Basically laughed at for expressing my troubles. I wouldn't even rate it 1 star but couldn't review otherwise. SBC sort out your services!! People need support!
