Some staff try to overcome the chronic understaffing but at the end of the day they let me out of hospital today without a review after being sectioned by police , so I could catch train to Melbourne(I’m halfway) to end it all. Not even worst thing by far this service has done to me or others!! Shame they won’t ever learn that we are people too!
Makes me wonder if these places are audited basis of care percentages would be very, very low. Have attended this office a few times (more than i'd like to admit). Each time feeling worse than went in. Notice to anyone working in mental health, patients don't want to share everything in two seconds to someone they don't know in a hallway, have some respect. Will be following this place up, you're for the people, not just your paycheck!
