I felt worse after speaking with a counsellor on the phone. He didnt understand my problem and why I have the problem, therefore he couldn't empathise with me and direct me to the right resources.
The Staff here are consistently just amazing!
Disgusted, disappointed and completely outraged with how we were treated.. Waited 40 minutes only to be ridiculed!! Disgusted beyond words the only reason I’m giving this place 1 is for the reception staff they were nice, welcoming and friendly kept checking in with us while we waited unlike the ones that were supposed to be helpful they were anything but nice and far from welcoming and friendly..
