I rang to return a missed call concerning receiving information about a Patient and was asked "who are your which I told them andxreply received was 'what do you want'Lucky zi wasn't in a crisis otherwise would be dead by now

These people do not care one bit if your mental health problems are causing you acute distress. It's supposed to be an emergency acute care team but seeing them the same day is impossible - I had to wait days. Then they offered no appropriate relief with medication but instead wanted me to try "breathing exercises" etc. I left here in a worse state than when I arrived.
I rang at 626 pm. waited some time. left details forward call back. it was a Saturday. however it is now 1020pm. 4 hours later and no call. friend was post stroke with panic attacks and needed something. after a bit morecthan half hour I called ambulance service. still haven't heard from mental health. 😕
