These people do not care one bit if your mental health problems are causing you acute distress. It's supposed to be an emergency acute care team but seeing them the same day is impossible - I had to wait days. Then they offered no appropriate relief with medication but instead wanted me to try "breathing exercises" etc. I left here in a worse state than when I arrived. I wonder how many suicides are caused by these people? I'd say a great deal.
