A bit disappointed after my experience yesterday with them did not feel taken care of regarding a matter involving my mother, he has drug and mental health problems I’ve been ringing around places to try and get her detox. I had a mental health crisis coming off benzodiazepines as well as having bpd episodes. And the ambulance dropped me off to this mental health hospital. Hospital told me To wait and they would find me a bed which could take a few hours. No beds were available and I had to sleep on the cold hard floor with no pillow and just one blanket. These people do not care one bit if your mental health problems are causing you acute distress. It's supposed to be an emergency acute care team but seeing them the same day is impossible - I had to wait days. Then they offered no appropriate relief with medication but instead wanted me to try "breathing exercises" etc. I left here in a worse state than when I arrived. I wonder how many suicides are caused by these people? I'd say a great deal.
