Let me start this by saying- the actual providers I see are amazing and I have never had an issue with them personally before, they both have been very helpful to me for 3 years. However, the Eastman office is one of the worst medical facilities I’ve ever been to. The front office is SO rude. Absolutely horrible place they do not care about the people they see shouldn't be open. This place should be shut down for endangerment. Taking medicine from people who have been on it for 30+ years what has to be wrong in your brain to do that to people. Everyone who works there is absolutely sick and mental.

This place is absolutely terrible taking medicine from people and making them suffer from not having it. Would never go there if my life depended on it they don’t care about mental health. My grandmother has been taken off her anxiety medication and she can barely keep food down and is constantly throwing up. If these people truly cared about the well being of others they wouldn’t do this to people. Absolutely sickening to think about.
