Dr. Shuman is good. The entire building is very clean and spacious. Comforting art all over. Front desk clerks are unfriendly. The crisis coordinator helped me find a facility for my child, and she didn't care that it took all day. She went above and beyond, and I can't thank her enough. The IC3 coordinator is amazing as well. When he says that he is going to be there for you anyway, he can; he means it; no matter what time or day. I waited two hours and then the doctor went to lunch!! I asked why would he leave knowing he has people waiting they said "oh you have been here awhile he'll be right back though. He normally doesn't take that long on lunch"!!!!!!!! This was after waiting two hours! They really need to work on their scheduling. I wait two hours every time to talk to the doctor and we speak to him for 5 mins. I hate this place but currently have to come for now. I have four kids. I can't wait two hours or three! I was originally given a mild nerve pain medicine for my scoliosis and entangled nerve in my back. I was in a car accident recently which put me in more pain to the point of not being able to work. So I took more of my nerve pain medicine to help, which did indeed help. However when I ran out very early I was spoke to like an idiot on the phone by some male, telling me that's not what it was prescribed for, and there was nothing he could for refills.So I am gooig to be in extreme pain until the so called doctors appointment.... read more
Got treated like a junky by my second visit. Dr Durden rolled his eyes while I was trying to explain my Multiple Sclerosis to them. So I just walked out due to the disrespect of a professional not being there. Never been so disrespected about my medical condition in a such a way by a “medical professional”
