I had an appt for my daughter to get tested for something and they did not tell me until after I showed up and had gone through the enrollment process including a pre-questionnaire that because she does not have mental health issues she could not get tested. Would have been nice to receive a phone call before I showed up and wasted both mine and my daughter’s time.
I started going there when I was in pretty bad shape. My depression had complete control of my life. They helped me tremendously, and I cannot say that enough. I got therapy, and went to different groups. Everyone there were kind and very helpful. I can honestly say that they changed my life! The first gal that I was set up with, well, I just couldn't seem to open up to, so they let me change people, without making me feel weird about it. My daughter's worker Katie, I don't have any issues with and she's good about getting back to you and if she needs to cancel then she makes sure you know. There's 2 other girls my daughter is supposed to meet with every week and she has court, these appointments are mandatory.....one of the two of them just don't show up at least one of the days every week and they don't even call to cancel or anything. This place is a joke they don’t care about people and their staff is poorly trained had someone call in a crisis and they refused to do anything until 3 days went by this is a sad excuse for a community health help center
