I recently had the pleasure of visiting Community Memoral Hospital and the clinic in Redfield, SD, and I can confidently say it is an outstanding healthcare facility. I called to get a veteran a ultrasound appointment and Becca in radiology when asked if I could bring the nursing home where the veteran lives online to schedule told me “yeah I don’t care” she had a poor attitude and when I was asking questions in order to send the information she needs for the veteran she was very short with me and didn’t want to help. I get people have bad days but it’s still not ok to act that way. I had to give one star to do this review but I wouldn’t otherwise.

My family member has been there several times. They bandaid severe issues and release the patient without a care in the world. I'm suprised the hospital has not been hit with a lawsuit. The way they treat her is ridiculous.
