THE most unorganized hospital I have had to encounter. I have had to call, and in person MORE than 2x have had to request to have one insurance removed because they can't seem to pull their head from the sand when processing the appropriate insurance company. My most recent visit, I confirmed that TRICARE was removed because they continuously submit for payment DESPITE A FREAKING REFERRAL from the VA, that is RIGHT in front of their faces! Nice new area but wait time is not always acceptable.There can be 2 people at each desk out front and only one checking people in. Then that person has to walk you to the department..I can see this if you need help but for goodness sakes I can make it to the lab from right across the hall.

Very poor service my girlfriend had something wrong with her knee, was in the waiting room of the ER for like 30 minutes then finally got in a room to do xrays and we have been here for almost 3 hours. It should not take this long.
