Vary vary slow to get in and rude some rude Dr's took 3 hrs to even get in to be see

This is a wonderful little hospital. I had a procedure done in Ambulatory surgery. Dr. McBride is excellent and RN Mandy M is so kind, caring, and down to earth. Would recommend them to anyone-- we are so lucky to have this little gem in rural upstate NY!

Went to the ER twice with severe back pain. My back was spasming, and I could hardly walk. These people and the doctor working made me feel like I was wasting there time and told me will give you some Tylenol and get you out of here, seriously! Not to mention waiting room was empty when I got there 5 people came in and moved right through, and there i site. Ask why and she told me it's based on your condition. Who make that call the receptionist? Ill never go back here!

unfortunately had to be inpatient recently. Room #20. And as in the ER visits, the hospital staff all went above and beyond. Caring, patient, informative. Top notch care! If you worked the week of May 18th-23rd, thank you from the bottom of my heart. Drs, nurses, and ancillary staff! Everyone! You made my stay, a very painful one, easier.
