I was shocked to receive a bill of over $2,000 for just a few X-rays and a short doctor checkup. This kind of pricing feels completely unreasonable and exploitative. Transparency and fairness in healthcare costs should be a priority but that was definitely not my experience here. I strongly urge others to ask for a full cost breakdown before agreeing to any procedure here. Community Memorial Hospital seems more focused on generating revenue than on providing fair, affordable care.
Stellar office and an even more stellar doctor (Dr. Call). Unbelievably friendly, personable, and articulates a commitment to your long-term healthcare journey - not just the immediate. Probably the most extensive review I have had.....My family all goes to Dr. Call and we feel quite fortunate for that.
Beware! They gave a HUGE mess and have ZERO knowledge about basic appointments. Rude and not properly trained staff. Some woman called me at 4:05pm on a Friday (today) to try to reschedule my DAUGHTER’s appointment scheduled for this Monday. She continued to call my born-female child a boy and did not apologize when I said something. Instead she just continued to call her a him.
