My recent experience was great and it was my first time there. Upon entering there was about a 4 minute wait to check-in at the front desk, which given the amount of people that was understandable. They did advise to be there 20 min earlier than my appointment which I was. In total, I waited about 35min to get called in. Awful. Awful awful awful. Everything is at a glacial place. Takes months to get an appointment. If you call with any question whatsoever, they "send a message" to someone who can answer, and they won't get back for four business days. If you have to know something urgently, they do not care in the slightest, they just tell you too bad for you, up to four business days. I was wondering why they had such low reviews and comments of poor quality of healthcare services. After a long wait for a scheduled appointment I was told they suddenly had no appointment for me. Four hours of waiting and watching a chaotic staff talk but limited patient care. They lived up to their bottom tier ratings. Zero rating. Go elsewhere.
