They do not know about their job, I had a lab test request from my employee, they did not do that and ask me for a barcode and did not accept my barcode number, so I went to another place and they did the lab with barcode number

CMH as a whole is a mess, My baby was born and died at your hospital, due to lack of medical care for my partner. you guys need to do better at responding to messages, you guys constantly say you will give notes for work, you will order prescriptions, and it doesn’t get done. Dr Santini couldn’t of been more dismissive if he tried. I only asked for an ENT referral and a note to my supervisor for medical leave of absence. If I was doing good I’ve be working not going to doctors appointments to try and get some relief. He said he didn’t think there was a reason for me taking a medical leave of absence. If there was no reason I would not be going to him. Very disappointed. I just want some relief so I can stop bothering doctors like this one and so I can move on with my life.
Always rude and they honestly seem racist. Some of their faces/expressioms change once they see a brown hispanic person. They're super nice and smiley when it's a white person. I usually dont care about stuff like this but its way too obvious, my whole family has noticed it. The only nice people are the ones at the very front at the check in, everyone else needs to fix their attitude.
