If I could leave ZERO stars I would! I called in June to make an appointment with Dr. Alicia Mouwen as a new patient of hers but not of the establishment, the earliest they could get me in was late August. I was going for a yearly physical so the time frame was ok with me. On Monday 6/8/25 during my visit, so called “Doctor” Clark Soderlund told me “There Is too many things going on with you, I can’t help you” Halfway through my explanations - I had pinched nerve and strained back muscle. Then he said he will do the referral to check my arm with pinched nerve and will do another referral for chiropractor. When asked when should expect a call from them he replied 8-10 works days. I had one of the most disappointing experiences at this doctor’s office. From the start, the doctor seemed dismissive and judgmental. When I mentioned my lupus diagnosis, she questioned it and said doctors “over-diagnose” people — despite me having classic symptoms like fatigue, joint pain, brain fog, hair loss, and numbness. The fact that this clinic has 2.5 stars is insane. When you read the reviews you may think: “oh that can’t be that bad”. TRUST THE REVIEWS! I made an appointment weeks prior for my toddler with one of their pediatricians.
