As of recent, I have had some concerns with the doctors / physicians. I never met Dr Kim until a few months ago about a prior issue. She was also dismissive and so passive aggressive then and I stayed away because of it, up until now when I needed an appointment for a follow up after an Urgent care visit three days ago. I don’t know if it’s because she has a personal issue with me, but she shows no concern or empathy for my symptoms and issues I had brought up today. The clinic has very friendly and helpful stuff. The doctors have well bedside manners. The place has kid friendly rooms. Very clean.
They are never on time — ever. No matter when my appointment is, I always end up waiting at least an hour before the doctor finally sees me.
Very friendly staff and many resources available at this clinic.
