Great place. The staff treats you with respect. Zee at the desk is always ready to help in any situation. The counselors. , Nick. All great people who genuinely care about our recovery.
I love everyone here, including Zena, the nurses, Dr. Nick, Angilean, and the rest of the staff. I used to go to Bio-Med in Roseville and this place is night and day. The whole time I was going to Bio-Med, I never received take homes, even after staying clean a whole year, it was filthy, the parking lot was full of pot holes, cars hitting each other on the daily and standing outside in the freezing cold in 1+ hour lines and constantly being late to work. This place could not have saved many lives If it wasn't for Xena at the front counter! Us calling her one early Morning with a trouble with my son. I would have known what to do. She was the last place I could call. SHE handled business this employee needs special attention and a raise. Communities and everybody need to start putting money in . And saving lives! We need to invest in these employees.
