Very professional, excellent counselors (Heidi is an exemplary employee & important asset to this company's image), but just lousy waiting room: hard, uncomfortable chairs, harsh lighting, no coffee or donuts/cheap snacks, oh well.
Non judgemental Staff, eager to help addicts in active addiction and active sobriety
Beyond terrible place. They will treat you like garbage here. All the staff members are pos lol I have private paid for over a year and with that, I’ve gotten into damn near screaming matches with all of them for playing weird games, talking down to me and other clients. I’ve gone to HR twice to report them (which does absolutely nothing) they DO NOT care about you or your rehabilitation. They have helped me stay sober and I'm so greatfull. I just think the hours 7-1pm should be longer especially Sundays 7-9am....... damn early
