This place needs to be able to have 100 stars. The people care about you at this clinic. They want you to thrive and the counselor Stephanie there wants nothing but the best for you. Nobody there looks down on you and if you work they will not make you late. It's better than any other clinic because you automatically get take homes and only have to go there 3 times a week! I would give this wonderful place 50 stars if I could. They have helped me more in 2 weeks than my other place did in 3 years. Annette at the front desk is beyond wonderful, we called a few times with questions, which she easily answered and got us all the info we needed, and some we didn’t know we needed. She made sure we got in and taken care of immediately, did our intake paperwork like right now and handled it like the pro she is. I’ve been a patient at Brightview for years and just switched here. I had multiple rude nurses throughout my time at Brightview. Everyone at this facility is SO friendly, understanding, and just overall non judgmental. I’m so glad I found this place!
My husband and I actually are patients at a competitors place, as was recommended to us when we moved here. One day, we found out VERY last minute (as usual) that our place was to be closed that day...w no advice as to where or how to go about getting our medicine. As most patients know, that can be a profound problem, in many ways. We didn't drive at the time, either...also an issue. This facility is wonderful. The intake process was very quick and painless, especially considering my experience with other facilities. The people are all very nice heart of the staff is very genuine and caring. The hours of operation are very reasonable and they make sure you have advanced notice when the clinic will be closed, they do in person and via text message.
