Awesome place and people. Great nurses and counselors.
One of the worst clinics I've been too for a whole list of reasons for a lack of communication from all the staff, very short staffed that's over work and then that trickles down to the clients. If you have to take a ua and you have three more people in line waiting to dose plan on being there for a good half hour you get moved to the back of the dosing line they dose everyone that comes after you then take care of you. Everything is just ran so poorly on every aspect.
I have been to quite a few clinics, that being said, this IS THE BEST ONE BY A MILLION MILES. The staff there is the absolute top tier class of nurses, doctors, receptionists, managers, councelors, security guards, etc etc. I have never once seen any of them in a bad mood and I have been there about a year. Never seen a fight, or any kind of ratchet behaviour that is pretty common in recovery clinics. No shady buisness, no personal vendettas between staff and patients. Its really mind blowing.
