CMS in Sierra Vista Arizona. as an independent provider assisting clients with Transportation issues to this Facility…. I have experienced what this organization does for people needing their services. The only real complaint that I have is, I can’t believe that they only allow five stars and that I am very disappointed. I can’t give them more than five stars.
This place has absolutely saved my life and got my life completely back on track. The staff and nurses are super amazing and genuinely care about us patient and really want the best for us. Thank you community medical services for everything. You guys are the best!!
