The CMS one 27th Avenue and Camelback Rd. is everything to me. They saved my life from a prior life of heroin and pain pills. I have been clean for more than 8 years and I feel great! I have a wonderful counselor; Frances Valles and she is my light. The entire staff at CMS is terrific and I rate CMS Camelback with a five-star rating.

Definitely one of a kind type place. I have enjoyed my counselor Francis who is caring, understanding and compassionate about her role. Will recommend CMS over any other establishment.
