CMS is A Great Idea but everyone doesn’t have 2-3 hours to dose. This place it too busy and u spend entirely too much time trying get your dose. Too much seeing the counselor and doctors and other nonesense that isn’t necessary. Exactly why most people fail and can’t stay off drugs this takes too long repeatedly. Gotta figure out a way to not spend hours being sick waiting for your dose, people will revert back to drugs.

I’m genuinely disappointed by how much the quality of this clinic’s services appears to have declined. The counselors often come across as rude and dismissive, while the nurses’ treatment can feel unnecessarily disrespectful and condescending. There seems to be an overall attitude that patients are somehow an inconvenience or that they owe the staff something. I really wanted to start treatment so I came to the Cactus clinic last week. I really want to send a huge shoutout to the front desks and peer supports that really helped guide me through the process. They were able to get me into residential treatment and I’m making moves I never thought would be possible.

I don't know why they don't make appointments for meeting with counselors, ive been here two hours before I need to.be at work for the fourth day in a row today, yesterday I had the day off but after an hour they told me the counselors were in a meeting, and today looks like I'm going to be late for work or miss my dose again
