This location is hands down the best CMS location! I have been to the tucson location and happily transferred over. Heidi is amazing very understanding, empathetic and cares about your recovery. As long as you are serious about your recovery, respectful and patient, Heidi will make sure you get the services you need! The ladies and gentlemen up front are also amazing! IWAS TOLD TO COME IN ON SUNDAY TO SEE A MEDICAL PROVIDER BECAUSE I START WORK ON MONDAY WHEN I HAD A APPOINTMENT NOW THE MEDICAL PROVIDER IS REFUSING TO SEE ME THEY DO WHAT THEY WANT WITH YOU BECAUSE THEY CAN AND NOBODY CARES .

Updated review: The CMS located off Cactus is a great place, and like anything, can be improved. But I have seen them make staff changes and policy changes that have improved the experience for patients. They had some staff members that treated people horribly, and they seemed to forget the type of patients they were interacting with. Some ppl are at their lowest point in life, and just showing up and getting thru the front door is a major victory, so to be mistreated or spoken to condescendingly can be the difference betwee... read more

I spoke with Jessie multiple times & she's been extremely helpful with a wide variety of concerns I had with a 3rd party. Jessie let me know exatly what was needed to allow me to be able to help that person
