I want to take a moment to recognize my counselor, Jechina Napoleon, who we all call Jay. In my two decades of being on methadone, I have dealt with over 100 counselors, and I can honestly say Jay has been the greatest counselor I have ever had at CMS. The staff today is great! Jodi is my counselor, who tries to always be available. She always says hi. She's compassionate and she will always do what she can to help. John, the peer support guy is always running around,; helping someone with a big smile on his face. His heart is made of gold, I'm sure. Lisa is always friendly and usually is joking around to lighten up the mood. Tyler is as sweet as can be, always asking if I'm ok and if he can help me in any way. Maya is caring and friendly. This place is not in the biz to help you stay sober they’re just trying to screw you over any chance they get. Not once have I ever been told if I miss a call I drop down to dailies not one time have I ever been told that. Now I go in to get my monthly doses and they tell me I’m now down to daily’s when I work full time to support myself and my fiancé who has a disability they don’t care. this place has no heart they don’t care about any of their long term sober clients they just want to see you suffer. The CMS staffs here are very kind and supportive, they are kind and observant of everything that is happening in the program. They make sure to acknowledge and help out every single individual that comes in the building. They work very hard and have a great professional relationship with their patients and coworkers.
