This place doesn't want people to succeed in their program. It doesn't matter which location you visit they are both horrible. This is literally the 6th time I have come home in tears... The counselors at these clinics are the WORST!!!!
This place saved my life but changing their hours next month is going to ruin it for a lot of people. Why change your hours to after the biggest clientele comes? After people already have to be at work? Terrible choice on their point and is going to make getting jobs and being successful that much harder on people who need this place. Very disappointing.
The Ohio location needs a lot of help. They're nothing like their website says or portrays and I wouldn't recommend this clinic to anyone unless it was the absolute last option they had.
No joke, they took my privledges for missing for an emergency. Passed every drug test and did everything they asked me to do every step of the way for them to not upgrade my phases like they said, and take the privileges I earned anyway. Later, they stopped taking my insurance, didn’t inform me but still charged me. Don’t recommend this clinic one bit.
awesome place. the workers are so nice and helpful. honestly, this place has saved me. I’m very greatful For everything they have done and everything they’re continuing to do.
