All of the stars are for the staff. The new rules that they have to follow is why I gave 3 stars....the whole staff ( front desk, nurses, counselors, doctors) are amazing and you can see they go above and beyond to help as much as they can. You can tell they actually care and are invested in each individual patient which is amazing due to the amount of work and hours the staff does on top of dealing with some patients that are rude, belligerent and have no manners. Amazing staff and the employees of this establishment can be taken for granted. By the way I see it or over heard from them speaking to one another. The hours of smiling and blood work. Don't forget about the way they are treated by the people who come here. The PAY THE NURSES ARE GETTING DOESN'T MATCH THE AMOUNT OF WORK I SEE THEM DO. PLUS THE NURSES ARE GIVING THEIR BEST AND I HOPE I CAN UPDATE THIS REVIEW FOR A GOOD REASON. NO REASON FOR THIS. GREAT JOB LADIES AND I HOPE YOU DON'T MIND I DID THIS WITHOUT YOUR KNOWLEDGE.

5 years and I'm still alive!!! I just wanted to thank the staff at CMS for sticking with me through all of this all cheering me on.

I couldn’t even get in the door here.. I called my insurance company and they are in network, my insurance company even called them, it was tons of back and fourth, no one talks to anyone there, no one seems to be able to work their computer system, it’s all just a bunch of Bs and they seem like they are just out to take your $$ and could care less about the help you actually need.
