I’ve seen how this clinic provides an important service to the community by helping people access treatment and support when they need it most. The staff is caring, respectful, and committed to helping individuals work toward recovery. It’s encouraging to have a place like this that offers hope, promotes healthier lives, and positively impacts families and the community as a whole.

I checked in today at 10:30 am waiting for more than 15 mins along with 2 others that came right behind me. Then a few more people arrived and got their numbers called before me and the other 2 individuals that were already waiting. I asked to check in again and all she said was “let me see what’s going on”. Mind you, I don’t have any appointments, I’m not scheduled to see any counselor.

My experience here was horrible I attended this clinic for the better part of a year but most all of the staff there were disrespectful except for the nurses, The manager himself chase was extremely disrespectful and the whole situation was very unnecessary I also witnessed several hipaa violations as well as medical malpractice multiple times through the provider.
