I just moved to this clinic and it’s my third clinic and BY FAR the best clinic I have ever gone to. I can not stress enough how incredible my experience has been and that’s because of the staff and how far they have gone to make sure I was able to get the treatment I needed. I had the worst time with medical transportation and they really made my problems their problems. CMS is such a wonderful and great place! The whole staff here at CMS Prescott Valley are the absolute best people ever! They're all so extremely kind and very compassionate. I feel they go beyond their means to make you feel welcomed and most of all very important in every step of your recovery to help you succeed. Special shout out to my counselor Anthony, he is truly amazing! Love everyone at CMS!!

Ya know...C.M.S has been a very fundamental aspect as to why I have been able to have a positive role in my recovery with substance abuse...the dynamics of C.M.S,being their well rounded approach to ones needs is nothing to take lightly!!! The provider really gets it and is easily scheduled, counseling is on point (shout out to Anthony my counselor). In the past I felt like a number not a patient. These guys care from management down to brandy the receptionist. Thank you community health services. May you inspire other clinics to be multi model , summarily I'm saying that they do far more than dispense medicine and as an addict I need the structure that CMS provides me.
