I am extremely disappointed with the lack of punctuality at Community Medical Group. I arrived at 12:45 for my 1:15 appointment after receiving a call asking me to come early to fill out paperwork. I completed the paperwork in about 10 minutes and was seated, expecting to be called on time. During my wait, I noticed only one patient at first, but soon other patients arrived. They schedule you for your appointment and you always have to wait 30 mins for more after the appointment time. They have poor customer service and poor time management I will be changing my primary care provider. This office is ridiculous!

First time at the office and the receptionist were both amazing and very sweet, the office was clean and smelled clean which is a plus, and the assistant that took us back was very nice, and thorough and the provider was amazing listened to our needs and concerns… myself and my daughter both felt very welcomed and heard. This office is truly a blessing.

Horrible service I was they to take blood work for 10:30 we arrive 10 minutes before my appointment and it was 11:06am and still not call when I ask why the delay is that the lab person was on a call very unprofessional you have to take the people that have appointments I will never go back horrible service
