Very unprofessional! Thursday -- After waiting all day for the fitter to show up, I call and I'm told that my prescription for a knee brace needs authorization. Then they tell me that I can pay (it was only $35). So I agree to pay. The fitter arrives Friday with only 1 knee brace that doesn't fit properly. The fitter comes back Monday with the wrong type of knee brace. He says he can get the correct one and that he would call in a couple of hours. He never calls. So I paid and I still don't have what I need.
