New to Kentucky from Maryland. Had my first appointment with Dr. Collier this morning. She’s absolutely fabulous, as well as the rest of the staff. As a new patient, I expected just a quick meet and greet and come back to address any concerns (I’m from Maryland and this is what they do up there). This visit was a complete visit. If I could give zero stars I would. Every single time I’ve been here which is all up three times. They have messed something up lost something or literally talk to me as if I was a different patient. Do not go here if you want your medical staff to be Intelligent or kind
If I could leave zero stars for this place, I would. From the second you walk in, you don’t get greeted by the front desk and they’re very unprofessional. The whole place just feels so miserable. It took over 30 minutes for me to get a IV because a printer wasn’t working and no one had any idea in the world, what was going on. The only person that I had a pleasure speaking to wasn’t even a nurse for this area and was just sent there for a day. I believe that her name was Brooke. This place is very unprofessional from the front desk to the doctors, I advise you to find a better place to handle your health care. All they want is for you to make a lot of appointments to fleece the insurance companies. I could go on and on!!
