Sadly this is the closest office to my new house in KY. The front desk is never really professional and shows no empathy. When I go for an appt I ALWAYS have to continuously follow up to get a prescription sent to the pharmacy that I was told would be done before I left. I ALWAYS have to follow up to actually get someone to work on a referral I was given by the doctor. I'm always given false information from the front desk about my treatment. Had an appointment today with Dr collier as always she goes above and beyond and her nurse Keidra Hill was very professional and her energy was very vibrant

New to Kentucky from Maryland. Had my first appointment with Dr. Collier this morning. She’s absolutely fabulous, as well as the rest of the staff. As a new patient, I expected just a quick meet and greet and come back to address any concerns (I’m from Maryland and this is what they do up there). This visit was a complete visit.
