It’s nice that they offer services, but they need a better way to organize those that need showers vs those that just need a few hygiene items. NOT all of us are homeless some are low income. And it’s say’s you help both. Yet it needs to be organized better. Also when it comes to people calling to ask questions no need to be rude when you work in the service of helping others.
