Beware of Dr ZHU. NO COMPASSION. When you need help he doesn't know you.
I wouldn't even give it a one star, but it didn't have an option for zero stars. The front office is horrible. They are always messing up my sons appointments.. Whether they get the date wrong, or time.. They just suck. They are rude and completely lazy. I sat there for an hour today before I got up and left.. Never got to see the doctor. Now I'm making an appointment at the urgent care for this evening. Totally unnecessary. Switching clinics now.
I needed stitches and even though fully booked when they found out I had NO insurance they treated me! That's a complete contradiction to our medical system. I fully expected to be sent away and they helped me in my time of need. Thank you Dixon family practice!!!
