I called to them change my prescription and they’re very rude. Worst customer service.
Had a wonderful experience. I was able to schedule an appointment the same week I called. (other providers I called had 4-6 week wait) The receptionists I spoke to were courteous and knowledgeable. On the day of the appointment I was ready with my documents so the check in process was fast and smooth, I was in and out of the office within one hour and my daughter got her shots the same day.
