My father had a heart scan here two weeks ago where he was told he would need open heart surgery that would have to take place in Billings. We’ve spent this time stressing and preparing while my dad called the hospital multiple times to get his scans sent to his primary. When calling to talk to a nurse all I ever get is leave a voicemail and we’ll call you back within 49 to 72 hours. It’s been over a week and still no response, three times calling and sent to a nurse to ask a question. Not only that, my pharmacy can’t reach them either.
I had a good experience with Dr. Minor.
