Danny saved the day! I was on my way to an out of town wedding, the office staff was on vacation, and it was Danny’s first day back in the office from her graduation. She calmly, professionally, and respectfully listened to my explanation, and then IMMEDIATELY called Kinney and they issued my medication in 20 minutes! THANK YOU DANNY! My apologies for the blindside, but you handled it like a pro! ps. Congrats to all celebrating a Graduate this weekend!
