Had a great experience at this ER after developing an acute illness. Everyone was extremely kind and compassionate which is sometimes hard to come by these days in many ERs unless you are dying. Being a medical professional myself, I absolutely understand compassion fatigue and the difficulties of a job in healthcare, so I find any degree of true compassion and caring from a doctor and nursing staff in an ER setting these days admirable and it should absolutely be recognized.
