Waited for 2 hours and still haven’t been seen I ask whether they forgot about me they stated they did so I left without being seen

I called to try and schedule an appointment for my sick mother I was told that I will be waiting 15 minutes by the automation after 30 minutes waiting I decided to hang up.... Apparently this doctor's office is not trying to see or take patients...
