If I could give a rating of zero stars I would. The place appears shady and dingy. I had an appointment for 10:30am and was there until almost 1pm. The receptionist was incredibly rude and provided incorrect information. She told me I could not obtain a record of my blood work labs unless I go in for another appointment. The doctor also put in his note that he provided alcohol cessation counseling when I don't even drink.
