Nursing staff and support staff are wonderful. My NP not so much. If it isn't her idea she won't do a lab. Needed a simple cortisol level drawn but rather than order it she wanted to send me to my sleep specialist. Not the first time something like this has happened. I will not say the NP's name but I will say after close to 30 years as a patient there I have left and will not be back. Since Yousuf and Angela Coleman aren't there it it terrible.
Medications often called in/ ordered incorrectly by NP. Sends you for second opinions to the practitioner that gave you the first opinion. Alarming vital signs at a visit not addressed at all. Nursing staff are great. Joye Kimbrell NP not so much!!
Very professional & courteous staff
I’m a new patient of Dr Sakoob I’ve been in Lebanon for 6 months and still can’t get in to see her for an appointment. The community hospital hotline doesn’t leave room for a voicemail -
Very caring a friendly staff. Sometimes you have to wait past your appointment time. The quality of care is still outstanding.
